You can cancel a Tango Pro subscription (both monthly and annual plans) at any time. Once canceled, you will have access to Tango for the remainder of your current payment cycle and will not be charged for the next payment cycle. Additionally, all Workflow content created during your Pro subscription will remain stored in your account. However, you will lose access to Pro-specific features after downgrading. If you exceed the 5 Workflow limit, you will not be able to create new Workflows but can still view, share, and export existing ones.
After canceling, you will continue to have access to Tango Pro until your renewal date, which becomes your cancellation date.
Tango generally does not offer refunds for subscription cancellations, as stated in the Terms and Conditions.
If you do not see a "Manage Subscription" option in your workspace settings, it is possible that the subscription is tied to a different workspace or you are not a workspace admin. Contact the admin of the associated workspace to address the cancellation.
