Any Workflow content created in Tango will always be stored in your account until you delete it or write in to request deletion or de-activation. Additionally, if your Tango subscription expires or you decide to unsubscribe, you will still retain access to the workflows you created. Tango ensures that your workflows remain available even without an active subscription, allowing you to continue viewing them without interruption.
If you notice that some or all of your workflows have disappeared from your account, follow these steps to troubleshoot the issue:
Refresh Your Account Session and select the correct Wrokspace: Sign out of your Tango account and then sign back in. This simple step can often resolve issues by refreshing your session and restoring any workflows that may not have loaded correctly.
Check for Deletion: Ensure that the workflows are not accidentally deleted. If they are deleted, you may need to recreate them.
Contact Support: If the issue persists, reach out to Tango’s support team for further assistance.
Tangos that are created while on a Tango Pro plan will likewise be accessible if a Pro Workspace is downgraded to Free.
To resolve common account issues, always ensure you are using the correct login credentials for your Tango account. Keeping your account information up to date and regularly backing up important workflows can help prevent data loss and access problems.
If a Pro Workspace is above the limits of a Tango Free plan (5 Tangos, 10 members), then no new Tangos can be created, or no new members can be added.
If your Pro Workspace exceeds the limits of a Tango Free plan (5 Tangos, 10 members), consider archiving or deleting older workflows and removing inactive members to stay within the limits. This will allow you to continue creating new workflows and adding members as needed.
If you would like to delete your account and all associated content, please reach out to [email protected] to let us know. Additionally, if you encounter persistent issues with missing workflows or account access, contacting Tango’s support team can help resolve unexpected problems quickly.
