Tango's refund policy

Tango does not offer refunds; here's what happens when you cancel and who can cancel.

Tango does not offer refunds.

Cancelling a Pro subscription, monthly or annual, stops the next renewal. You keep Pro access until the end of the period you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again. Your renewal date becomes your cancellation date.

What happens to your content

Your workflows stay stored in your account. After the paid period ends, the Workspace moves to Free: Pro features such as PDF, Markdown and HTML export stop working, and the Free limit of 5 workflows in the Team Library applies. See What happens to my Tangos if I downgrade from Tango Pro?

Who can cancel

A Workspace Admin, from inside the Workspace being cancelled: Settings & members > Billing > Manage subscription > Cancel plan. Step-by-step instructions are in What is Tango's cancellation policy?

If you don't see "Manage subscription", the subscription may belong to a different Workspace, or you may not be an Admin. Ask that Workspace's Admin to cancel.

Enterprise subscriptions follow the terms in your order form. Contact your Customer Success Manager.

Avoid an unwanted renewal

Cancel before your renewal date. An annual plan can't be switched to monthly billing during its term.

Removing members is a credit, not a refund

If you remove a Pro member partway through a billing period, you get a prorated credit for the unused time. It's applied to your next invoice. See How does billing work for Tango Pro?
