Tango was designed with internal teams in mind. With that said, thousands of software companies use our product to enable their external customers too. But please keep in mind the following when deciding whether or not we're a good fit for you:
To use Guide Me, your end-users can be invited as Guests to the specific workflows they need. Guests can view those workflows but can't edit them, and get 3 free Guide Me sessions per Workspace. To see Pinned Tangos or use Guide Me without limits, you would have to invite them to your Workspace.
If your end-user needs to use Guide Me but you don't want them to have the ability to create Tangos, then the Sidekick seat was created for them. [Sidekick licenses are only available on Tango Enterprise plans. Read more here.]
Can I install Guide Me as a plug-in to my own product?
No. Guide Me was designed first for internal knowledge sharing and for users who have access to your Workspace, and it runs through the Tango browser extension. There currently is no way to install Guide Me as a plug-in or white-label it into your own product as a means of providing walkthroughs outside of Tango.
