Viewer Analytics

You must be a Creator or Admin in order to see Viewer Analytics.

  • Creators can only see Viewer Analytics for their workflows, or any workflow they have edit access to

  • Admins can see Viewer Analytics for all workflows

In the Viewer Analytics modal for any workflow you create or have edit access to, you can check out:

  • Who has viewed the workflow

  • When they viewed the workflow

  • How many steps users completed, including where they dropped off

  • What method it was accessed (Guide Me, Web App, Embed, etc)

You can also filter by:

  • Time period (All time*, 90 days, 30 days, 14 days, 7 days)

  • Channel (Guide Me, Guide Me Panel, Web App, or Embed)

*All time views is the default setting

Are author views included?

By default, author views are excluded, but you can toggle on author views within the Viewer Analytics modal if needed.

How up-to-date is the data?

Data is refined nightly, so only views up until the previous refinement will be shown by default. However, you can toggle on today's data within the Viewer Analytics modal if needed.
