What is the difference between Pro and Enterprise?

Tango Pro is meant for individual power users and small teams looking to document and share processes, while Tango Enterprise is built for larger teams or entire companies who are looking to drive adoption and compliance when it comes to the tools employees use most.

Tango Pro offers:

  • Speak while capturing to save time and quickly add context to any workflow

  • Blur screenshots during and after capturing a Tango

  • Customize Tango guides to look like your organization's internal documents with custom branding

  • See who changed what with 14 day workflow version history and audit logs

  • Capture processes outside of the browser with our desktop app

  • Get insight into who viewed which guide, and how much they completed when using Tango's Guide Me feature.

Tango Pro for 1-2 users in a Workspace starts at $22 per user per month when billed annually, or if there are 3 or more users in a workspace, just $15 per user per month when billed annually.

Tango Enterprise includes all the features of Tango Pro, plus:

  • Pin content and workflows right in the tools your team uses most

  • Branching workflows that allow users to pick and follow the path most relevant to them

  • SSO (SAML) and flexible user administration

  • Automatically detect and redact PII during capture

  • Guide Me-only seats (we call them Sidekicks)

  • Workspace analytics dashboard

  • Dedicated onboarding & training

  • 365-day Workflow version history and audit logs

  • 365-day Workspace audit logs
