Understanding Folder Permissions

Moving your Tango to a Folder changes who can access the Tango

Updated this week

Default Permission Settings

After you capture a Workflow, the default setting for all Tangos is: Everyone in Workspace can access and all Workspace Members can view. These are also the default settings of a new folder.

Folder Permissions

When you move your Tango to a Folder, the Tango will always inherit the permissions of the Folder.

Subfolder Permissions

Subfolders also always inherit the permissions of the root folder.

Subfolders are only available on an Enterprise plan. If you're interested in Tango Enterprise, please reach out to our team here.
