Here's how Guide Me compatibility and access works.

How does Guide Me access and compatibility work?

Yes - you can toggle Guidance "off" in the side panel.

If you have a Tango account and Tango extension, click Guide Me on a workflow in your Workspace to activate step-by-step, onscreen guidance.

Guide Me is designed for teams to share knowledge quickly on processes that they've captured with Tango, to other Tango users.

Creators & Admins can get detailed Viewer Analytics; Pro users can also see a list of viewers, and how much of the process they completed.

Guide Me is the best way to follow a Tango! It was designed for onscreen learning to help you complete a process. Click the Guide Me button!

Sidekicks are Guide-Me only users within a Tango Workspace. Today, only Enterprise Workspaces include Sidekicks.

This means you need to join the Workspace to continue using Guide Me.

Yes! With Guide Me, you can add a comment to any step in a Tango, and add an emoji reaction or comment to the end of the Tango.
