Upgrading to Tango Pro or Tango Enterprise enables custom branding for:
Tangos shared via copied links - add a custom logo to show in place of the Tango logo and optionally remove the "Created with Tango" badge
Embeds - add a custom logo on title slide, optionally remove "Created with Tango" branding on final slide
HTML and Markdown Exports - removal of Tango watermarks on screenshots and optionally remove the Created with Tango badge
PDFs - add a custom logo on the final page, remove Tango watermarks on screenshots and optionally remove the Created with Tango badge.
Set up your workspace branding
Workspace admins can open Settings & members → Branding to access branding features. Here, they can add a brand logo to all Tangos in the Workspace.
From your workspace homepage, click Settings & members.
Click Branding.
Click Upload logo to add your logo.
Select an action box color.
Use the Show Tango Badge toggle to show or hide the "Created with Tango" badge.
Branding set for the Workspace flows through to every Tango you share via link, export or embed, including PDF downloads (PDF export is available on Pro and Enterprise plans).
Workspace admins are also able to designate custom action box colors.
Lastly, the "Created with Tango" badge can be toggled off across all formats.
Customize branding for embeds
First make sure your branding is set for the Workspace (above). Then, to customize an embed further:
Go to the workflow you want to share and click Share & Export.
If you're embedding, select the platform you're embedding in.
Click Preview & Customize Embed. A new tab will open.
Apply your brand logo to the cover page of the embed, default to scroll view or skip the cover page, and set your embed sizing. The preview changes accordingly.
Click Copy Embed and paste it into the platform of your choice.
