1. Click Edit in your Tango Workflow
2. Click the + at the bottom of any step, and select "Insert callout" from the dropdown
3. You can click the "i" icon on the callout to change the kind of callout you are adding. The highlight color will change to correspond with the callout type.
4. Callouts can be moved by dragging them on the left, just like any normal step.
