Which AI assistants can I connect to Tango?

You can connect Tango to ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft 365 Copilot, or any other assistant that supports remote MCP servers with OAuth sign-in, such as Cursor.

ℹ️ Tango MCP is available on Enterprise Workspaces. You need your own Tango account and must be a member of the Workspace. Workspace Guests can’t connect to Tango MCP.

  • The Tango plugin for ChatGPT

  • The Tango agent for Microsoft 365 Copilot

  • Claude, using a custom connector

  • Any other assistant that supports remote MCP servers with OAuth sign-in, such as Cursor

Tango has tested and verified the custom Claude connection, the Tango plugin for ChatGPT and the Tango agent for Microsoft 365 Copilot. When you connect any other assistant, the Tango sign-in page shows This connection isn't verified by Tango. You can still connect it if you recognize and trust the app.

Where do I find Tango in my AI assistant?

Tango is available as a plugin in ChatGPT’s Plugins Directory and as an agent in Microsoft 365 Copilot’s Agent Store. Tango is not currently listed in Claude’s Connectors Directory. Tango is pursuing an official Claude connector; until it is available, connect Claude to Tango using the custom connector flow in this article.
