How do I access a workflow's version history?

Edit confidently, collaborate safely, and restore prior versions when needed.

Version history keeps a complete record of how a Tango workflow changes over time, starting with the original capture and including every edit made after.

Any user with edit access can access version history, manually restore versions, duplicate, rename, or create new versions.

Enterprise Workspaces can access versions up to 365 days.

Pro Workspaces can access versions up to 14 days.

Free Workspaces cannot access version history.


1. Click Overflow Menu, then select Version History

Access the version history and audit logs by clicking the overflow menu on the desired Tango. Access previous versions of the workflow by selecting Version History from the popover menu.

Enterprise Workspaces can access versions up to 365 days.

2. Select Previous Version, then click the Overflow Menu

Choose a prior version to view how the data existed at that specific point in time. Access options to restore, rename, or duplicate the workflow by selecting the overflow menu.

3. If you'd like to restore it, click Restore, otherwise select another option

4. Confirm the action
