Yes, when you want a human to take an action in your process, simply assign the step as "Manual"

What tools does it work on?
Tango's AI Agent works in any web app you can open in Chrome or Microsoft Edge, from ERPs and HR systems to billing platforms and internal tools. It runs in the browser, so it doesn't automate desktop (non-browser) applications.
